Sexual assault and harassment
Sexual assault is any sexual acts without consent. It can include being forced, coerced, or tricked into an act or any unwanted behaviours.
Harassment is when a person is treated less favourably on the basis of certain personal characteristics e.g.: gender identity, age, race. Sexual assault and harassment can happen to all people from all back grounds, aged and genders. It is NOT the victim’s fault.
